Breathe Easy is a concentrated organic blend of essential oils traditionally used for cold, cough, sinus, and respiratory support.  

How: Use your concentrated blend for direct inhalation, in an aromatherapy diffuser, electric burner, humidifier, steam bowl,or for massage in a carrier oil.  Dilute in a carrier oil such as jojoba, sweet almond, sunflower oil, or our unscented massage oil.  15-25 drops for every 1 oz for adults.  Half the drops for children over 2 and elderly.
