Joyful is a concentrated organic blend of essential oils traditionally used to ease sadness.  Studies have shown that essential oils such as sweet orange, cedarwood, and grapefruit can reduce feelings of depression.  Smelling "joyful" oil tells the brain to release happy chemicals and promotes a sense of wellbeing.

How: Use your concentrated blend in an aromatherapy diffuser, electric burner, humidifier, or for massage in a carrier oil.  Dilute in a carrier oil such as jojoba, sweet almond, or sunflower oil.  15-25 drops for every 1 oz for adults.  Half the drops for children over 2 and elderly.
