Peaceful is a concentrated organic blend of essential oils traditionally used for stress relief and relaxation.  By smelling essential oils, the limbic system (part of the brain that controls mood, emotion and memory) is triggered to release chemicals that calm the nerves.  Organic essential oils in "Peaceful" such as lavender, geranium, and clary sage have been used for thousands of years to relax the mind.

How: Use your concentrated blend in an aromatherapy diffuser, electric burner, humidifier, or for massage in a carrier oil.  Dilute in a carrier oil such as jojoba, sweet almond, or sunflower oil, or our unscented massage oil.  15-25 drops for every 1 oz for adults.  Half the drops for children over 2 and elderly.
